1367.01 MINIMUM LIVING AREA FOR DWELLING HOUSES.
(a) A one story single family dwelling house shall have a minimum floor area of not less than 1,800 square feet, exclusive of basement, utility room and garage space.
(b) A single-family dwelling house consisting of one and one-half stories shall have, in addition to a basement or utility room, and exclusive of garage space, a minimum first floor area of not less than 1,400 square feet and a minimum total floor area of not less than 2,200 square feet.
(c) A single-family dwelling house consisting of two stories shall have, in addition to a basement or utility room, and exclusive of garage space, a minimum first floor area of not less than 1,400 square feet and a minimum total floor area of not less than 2,500 square feet.

1367.02 GARAGES.
All single-family and two-family houses shall be designed and constructed such that the door of an attached garage shall not face the street on which the house fronts.
