701.02 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.

Every person, firm or corporation required by this chapter to erect an enclosed structure for refuse containers shall submit plans and specifications to the Architectural Review Board in accordance with Section 1305.10 of the Codified Ordinances. After approval is granted by the Board, the applicant shall obtain a building permit from the Building Commissioner prior to any construction in accordance with Section 1309.01 to 1309.99 of the Codified Ordinances.
