1309.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code of the Codified Ordinances for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
