(a) Prior to the commencement of any new or replacement sidewalk work in the City, every cement contractor shall obtain an annual license from the Director of Buildings. An annual license fee shall be as provided in Section 1335.14 for the entire year or any part thereof.
(b) A permit and fee is required for each job and shall be obtained by the property owner or licensed contractor. The permit fee and any curb cut fee shall be as provided in Section 1335.17.
