In addition to the fees set forth in this subsection, there shall be posted with the City a cash or surety bond in the amount of $500.00 for one, two and three-family residential premises and $2,000 for apartments (four-family or more) and nonresidential buildings, to be used to pay the cost of any damage to public or private property by reason of the demolition. | |
