710.10 VIOLATIONS; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

(a) No person who owns, manages, operates or otherwise controls the use of any establishment subject to the restrictions of this chapter shall fail to comply with its provisions, except that no violation of this section shall be presumed solely on the basis of violations of subsection (b) hereof.

(b) No person shall smoke in any area restricted by this chapter.
