141.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

(a) Within the Department of Public Safety there is hereby established a Division of Fire, which may also be known and referred to as the Department of Fire or the Fire Department and which shall be composed of a Fire Chief and such other officers and personnel as Council from time to time determines.

(b) References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Department of Fire or the Fire Department shall be interpreted to mean the Division of Fire.
