133.04 ASSISTANT DIRECTORS OF LAW.
   When, in the opinion of the Director of Law, it becomes necessary to provide for Assistant Directors of Law to aid him or her in the performance of his or her duties, he or she shall recommend to the Mayor that Assistants be appointed. The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint such Assistant Directors of Law as he or she believes necessary. No compensation shall be provided for the Assistants in addition to the compensation provided for the Director. No person shall act as an Assistant unless he or she has been admitted to practice law in the State.
