133.02 POLICE PROSECUTOR.

There is hereby established the position of Police Prosecutor, which position shall be appointed by the Mayor. The compensation of the Police Prosecutor shall be as established from time to time by Council. This shall not include hearings or trials before the court, which will be compensated at a rate determined by Council. The Police Prosecutor shall be paid monthly.
