1399.17 WINDOW DISPLAYS.

In U-4 and U-4-A zone districts the display of merchandise or other commodities shall be permitted on racks, shelves, counters, mannequins or other fixtures intended for such purpose.

Any merchandise or commodity affixed to or displayed within one foot of a window shall be considered a sign and shall comply with the provisions of Section 1191.05 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
