For all projects other than those projects subject to the deposit fee set forth in Section 1335.08 of this chapter, the project owner and/or developer shall have detailed as-built site information prepared for their projects by a registered professional engineer and a registered professional surveyor, who both shall stamp and sign the information. The registered professional engineer shall review the information, evaluate its impact on conformance to the approved design, and submit the information and a report to the City. The information to be prepared shall include all requirements for as-built information per the latest requirements of the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall determine whether the documentation submitted meets the requirements of this regulation.

The project owner shall be required to deposit with the Building Department a sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) to be used by the City to review and approve as-built information. If such sum proves to be inadequate, the owner, upon notice to do so, shall deposit an additional amount forthwith. If there is a surplus, it shall be returned to the owner within 30 days after approval of the as-built information is granted by the City.
   (c)   Time Limit. If the as-built information is not provided within 30 days after the issuance of the certificate of occupancy or substantial completion of construction as determined by the City, the City has the option to hire and pay, from the project owner's deposit set forth herein, for the services of professionals to furnish the information to the City.
   (d)   Corrective Work. The property owner and/or developer is responsible for any and all corrective measures deemed necessary by the City to meet the intent of the approved design information.
