167.05 LABORER.

There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Laborer in the Division of Construction. Such Laborer shall be well qualified to operate all such equipment as is designated for Laborers in the Division, and perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as may be assigned by his or her superiors.
