There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Supervisor of Fred J. Rolf Field in the Division of Recreation. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Recreation and coordinating fully with the Commissioner of Public Service, the Supervisor of Fred J. Rolf Field shall supervise the operation of such facility, including but not limited to supervision of summer workers, preparing playing surfaces, and lining fields, and shall perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as may be designated or assigned by his or her superiors.
