There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Supervisor in the Division of Operations. Such Supervisor shall be well qualified to perform the duties of the supervision of the Division under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Service and shall perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as from time to time may be designated or assigned by his or her superiors.
