There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Squad Leader in the Bureau of Ambulance and Emergency Service. Such Squad Leader shall be a certified Paramedic and shall be well qualified to do and perform the duties of Squad Leader and shall perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as shall be designated or assigned by his superior officers.
