There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Inspector in the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Such Inspector shall be certified and/or licensed by the appropriate agency of the State and shall be qualified to do and perform the duties of Inspector and shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as shall be designated or assigned by his superiors.
