There is hereby established within the Department of Public Safety Division of Fire, a Bureau of Fire Fighting, consisting of one Chief of such Bureau, and such other officers and employees as may be authorized by Council or as may from time to time be designated or assigned to duty in or with such Bureau by the Director of Public Safety.
