145.10 SECRETARY-RECEPTIONIST.
   There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Secretary-Receptionist in the Division of Police. Such Secretary-Receptionist shall be responsible for all Division administrative secretarial duties and those secretarial functions of the Safety Department secretary when she is not on duty; shall assist in the answering of the Division telephones and in the recording of messages; shall type all reports as needed and perform necessary filing and record keeping duties as required; shall perform other duties and assume such responsibilities as shall be designated by the Chief of Police; and shall be available to the other divisions of the Safety Department, time and circumstances permitting.
