145.05 PATROLMAN.

There is hereby created in the classified service of the City, the position of Patrolman in the Division of Police. Such patrolman shall be well qualified to do and perform the duties of Patrolman and shall perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as shall be designated or assigned by his superiors.
