145.04 SERGEANT OF POLICE.

There is hereby created in the classified service of the City the position of Sergeant of Police in the Division of Police. Such Sergeant shall be qualified to do and perform the duties of Sergeant of Police and shall perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as shall be designated or assigned by his superiors.
