There is hereby created in the Division of Taxation the position of Tax Specialist. Under general supervision, the Tax Specialist shall perform professional income tax work of moderate difficulty in the analysis and reporting of income tax forms, revenue, and data, and perform such other duties and assume such responsibilities as may be prescribed or imposed by the Commissioner of Taxation.
