131.03 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW.

There is hereby created the position of Assistant Director of Law. Under the supervision of the Director of Law, the Assistant Director of Law shall perform duties prescribed by the Director of Law from time to time and shall, in the event of the absence or disability of the Director of Law, perform the duties of the Director of Law in all respects and with all powers.
