The Council shall consist of seven (7) members elected at large, who shall take office on the first day of January next following their elections. At the November 7, 1995 regular municipal election, the three (3) members elected who receive the largest number of votes shall each serve as members of Council for a term of four (4) years. The remaining four (4) members elected shall each serve for a term of two (2) years.
Thereafter, all members of Council shall serve for terms of four (4) years or until their successors are elected and qualified. (Amended 11-8-94)
