1137.06 STAFFING.

Any hotel, motel, or extended stay hotel operating within the jurisdiction of the City of Maumee shall be adequately staffed, on site, twenty-four (24) hours per day to maintain the premises in a safe and sanitary condition at all times and to comply with all of the provisions of this Chapter.
