This Chapter requires that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) be developed and implemented for all parcels disturbing one or more contiguous acres of land owned by one person or operated as one development unit on which any regulated activity of Section 937.01 is proposed.
A SWP3 shall be applicable to land disturbance activities on areas less than one acre, if those area(s) are part of a larger common plan of development or sale, defined in Section 937.02.
The City of Maumee shall administer this Chapter, but the site owner/operator shall be responsible for compliance with Section 937.05. The City of Maumee may consult with the Lucas County Engineer, private engineers, storm water districts, TMACOG, or other technical experts in administering any SWP3.
