There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Municipal Prosecutor. Such Municipal Prosecutor shall be well qualified to do and perform the duties of supervising the Division of Municipal Prosecution, of processing criminal cases brought before the Maumee Municipal Court and of advising the Division of Police on questions of criminal law, and shall perform such other duties as Council by Ordinance or the Director of Law may assign. During the term of employment, the Municipal Prosecutor shall not engage in the private practice of law for any client other than the City.
