The Division of Municipal Prosecution, under the direction of the Director of Law, shall be responsible for the prosecution of all criminal cases brought before the Maumee Municipal Court which arise within the City, in the unincorporated areas within the jurisdiction of the Maumee Municipal Court and in such additional areas as Council may from time to time direct, and shall perform such other duties, not inconsistent herewith, as Council by Ordinance may prescribe or as may be assigned by the Director of Law.
