There is hereby established in the Department of Law the Division of Municipal Prosecution, consisting of a Municipal Prosecutor and such officers and employees as may from time to time be authorized by Council or designated or assigned to duty in or with such Division by the Director of Law. The Director of Law may designate and appoint a substitute Municipal Prosecutor as needed from time to time due to the absence or disability of the Municipal Prosecutor. (Ord. 033-2013.
