966.15 APPLICABILITY.
   The regulations contained in Section 966.15 through 966.20 apply to all lands in the City except as exempted herein and in Section 966.16.
   (a)   No land shall be cleared of trees nor shall trees with a Diameter at Breast Height (D.B.H.) of eight inches or greater be cleared and/or removed without conformance to the provisions of this chapter.
   (b)   No required permit shall be issued for the exterior construction or addition to a building, or the grading or alteration of the land surface without the conformance to the provisions of this chapter.
   (c)   All development plans and new construction shall comply with the requirements of this chapter.
   (d)   All single family subdivisions and development shall comply with this chapter.
   (e)   No tree with a D.B.H. of eight inches or greater shall be cleared or removed without a tree removal permit issued by the Director unless permitted to be removed under this chapter or exempt from regulation under Section 966.16.
   (f)   No tree removal permit shall be issued for any parcel of land or development which requires an approved development plan under the Zoning Code of the City of Maumee, until a development plan including a Tree Preservation Plan is submitted to and approved by the Director and the Planning Commission.
   (g)   No tree removal permit shall be issued for any parcel of land or development which requires a subdivision plan approval, until a preliminary subdivision plan is approved by the Director and the Planning Commission.
