966.144 WOODLANDS INCLUDED IN SITE PLAN.

If any portion of a woodland is included in a site plan required by any provision of Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code, the provisions of Section 966.143 shall apply unless a variance is granted by Council for any of the reasons set forth in Section 966.145.
