When it can be demonstrated that circumstances exist which would create an unreasonable burden on the person to comply with the time schedule imposed by Section 927.45, a request for extension of time may be presented for consideration of the Service Director. All requests for extension of time shall be submitted in writing, stating the reasons for such request. Under no circumstances shall the extension of time exceed thirty days after approval of the extension by the Director.
