543.09 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.

Maximum permissible sound pressure level for any activity located on property in a residential zone, whether open or enclosed, excepting noise sources listed under Section 543.10, shall not exceed sixty decibels dB(A) between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and fifty-five decibels dB(A) between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
