543.10 POWERED EQUIPMENT NOISE.

(a) Powered equipment such as lawnmowers, small lawn and garden tools, riding tractors or snow removal equipment shall not exceed seventy-four decibels dB(A).

(b) Powered equipment for occasional use such as chain saws, pavement breakers, log chippers or powered hand tools shall not exceed eighty-eight dB(A).
