(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine set by the Municipal Judge as follows, not to exceed $500:

School zone violations are doubled | |
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 70.02 or Ch. 71, Sch. II shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and in addition to any civil liability for damages caused to the streets of the city, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined a sum not less than $10, nor more than $200. Each transaction in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
