§ 70.01 GENERAL SPEED LIMIT.
   (A)   The speed limit shall be 25 mph within the city, except on Broadway and Houston Streets, where the limit shall be the present posted speed limits.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of division (B) above shall be subject to the fine schedule in § 70.99.
