Notwithstanding any other provisions of this subchapter, such order shall be effective immediately. Any person to whom such an order is directed shall comply therewith immediately, but upon petition to the Code Enforcement Officer shall be afforded a hearing as soon as possible. The provisions of §§ 153.28 and 153.29 shall be applicable to such hearing and the order issued thereafter.
