After the hearing, the Code Enforcement Officer shall make findings as to compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, and shall issue an order in writing sustaining, modifying or withdrawing the notice, which order shall be served as provided in § 153.26(B)(4). Upon failure to comply with any order sustaining or modifying the notice, the license of the park affected by the order shall be revoked.
