(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, company or association who shall violate any of the provisions of § 130.01, or suffer or allow the same to be violated, shall upon conviction therefor be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
(C) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of § 130.02 shall be subject to arrest without warrant, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than $20, nor more than $500.
(D) An offense under § 130.03 will be charged as a misdemeanor and if found guilty shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 for each violation.
