(A) This section prohibits the discharge of any firearms, air rifles that use CO2 and all other pellet and BB guns.
(B) This section prohibits the detonation of any explosives, except for the purpose of construction, for which a permit must be obtained from the city.
(C) Notwithstanding any other ordinance pertaining to fireworks, fireworks may be shot on and three days prior to Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day and two days after each of the four holidays. Fireworks shall not be shot within 100 feet of a business, school, or church, or if a fire ban is in effect.
(D) This section prohibits the use of any factory or handmade device capable of projecting any type of projectile that could result in injury to humans, fowl, or property damage.
