(A) The Fire Chief may recommend to the Ambulance Review Committee fines, suspension or revocation of the license of a licensed ambulance service for any violations of the provisions of this chapter or any rules or regulations promulgated to implement the provisions of this subchapter, in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter or any amendment thereto.
(B) The Ambulance Review Committee shall review all the information presented by the Fire Chief and then make a determination if the fine, suspension or revocation is warranted and notify the ambulance service of its findings.
