§ 160.05 PROHIBITED SIGNS.
   (A)   Off-premises signs with a surface area over 100 square feet.
   (B)   Pennants, propellers, paddle wheels, streamers, spinners or other attraction devices designed to be set in motion by the wind, except as permitted in § 160.09 of this chapter, Special Signs.
   (C)   Festoon lights.
   (D)   Moving signs except as permitted by § 160.08(A)(5) of this chapter, Nonresidential Regulations.
   (E)   Flashing signs.
   (F)   Bare bulb illumination exceeding 25 watts per bulb.
   (G)   Portable signs except as permitted in § 160.09 of this chapter, Special Signs.
