§ 158.77 HEARINGS; JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   (A)   Any person refused a permit to construct or alter a trailer coach park or a license, or whose license is suspended or revoked shall have the right to a hearing before the City Health Officer, who shall have full power to conduct such hearing, issue subpoenas, administer oath and affirmations and all other powers necessary to such hearing.
   (B)   ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq. and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, shall apply to and govern all proceedings for judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Health Officer. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101.
