§ 158.61 PARKING TRAILERS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, TRAILER shall mean any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed that it will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping or living quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business, profession, occupation or trade, and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels, propelled or drawn by its own or another motive power.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a trailer on any lot, block or tract of land, or any portion thereof, within the city except in any licensed trailer coach park within the city.
   (C)   Trailers used for offices, or tool storage in connection with a construction project may be parked on the construction site during the course of construction.
