An adequate supply of water of safe, sanitary quality, approved by the City Health Officer shall be furnished at each trailer park. Where water from other sources than that supplied by the city is proposed to be used, the source of such supply shall first be approved by the Health Officer. At least one cold water supply outlet shall be provided within 300 feet of every dependent trailer site. Each independent trailer site shall be provided with a cold water tap at least four inches above the ground.
