§ 158.37 LOCATION AND SPACE; FRONTAGE CONSENTS.
   (A)   No trailer coach park consisting of more than one unit shall be established in any city block which is 50% or more devoted or used for residential dwelling, except and unless the written consent therefor be obtained from the owners of at least 75% of the property in the block in which the park is located and fronting on the street adjacent thereto, and 75% of the property owners whose property front on the street adjacent to the trailer coach park but across the street therefrom. If the trailer coach park is to be located on a corner of a block, then the consent of 75% of the owners of property on both sides of the streets adjacent to the proposed trailer coach park shall be obtained; providing that nothing herein shall be construed as permitting the establishment or location of such park in any building zones where such trailer coach parks are forbidden.

   (B)   Location and space.
      (1)   No trailer coach park shall be so located that the drainage of the park area will endanger any water supply. All such parks shall be well drained and shall be located in areas free from ponds, swamps and similar places in which mosquitoes may breed. No waste water from trailer coaches shall be deposited on the surface of the ground.
      (2)   Each trailer coach shall be allotted a site of not less than 2,100 square feet. No trailer coach shall be parked closer than five feet to the side lot lines of a trailer coach park or closer than ten feet to a public street, alley or building. Each individual trailer site shall abut or face on a driveway or roadway of not less than 24 feet in width, which driveway or roadway shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley. There shall be an open space of at least ten feet adjacent to the sides of every trailer coach and at least five feet adjacent to the ends of every trailer coach. Except that the City Health Officer may, upon application of a trailer coach park operator, waive such requirements if such waiver does not affect the sanitation requirements, or create or permit to continue any hazard to the health and welfare of the community and to the occupants of the park. All streets and driveways in trailer coach parks constructed after January, 1968, shall have a minimum width of 24 feet.
