§ 156.03 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to install, alter, change or repair any plumbing, drains or sewers in any dwelling, building or premises in the city without complying with the regulations and provisions contained in this chapter and in the Illinois State Plumbing Code, adopted by the Illinois Department of Public Health, Division of Sanitary Engineering, dated July 1, 1959.
