All corporate powers and duties relating to ownership, operation, maintenance and improvement of Dodge Grove Cemetery are vested in the City Council. The City Council assumes responsibility for all matters related to the cemetery that were previously delegated to the Board of Managers in this Chapter 91 of the Municipal Code. Policy advisory roles pertaining to the activities and functions of the cemetery are hereby assigned to the Public Works Advisory Board that was created by Ordinance No. 2002-5136 adopted August 20, 2002, codified in §§ 33.075 through 33.083 of this Code of Ordinances.
