§ 52.05 DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE OR REFUSE BY OWNER OR OCCUPANT.

Any owner or occupant may himself or herself dispose of garbage or refuse from the premises owned or occupied by him or her, provided he or she adheres to the requirements of this chapter, and provided disposal of the same is made only in licensed landfills.
