Segregation of garbage and refuse matter by an owner or occupant shall be dependent upon the type of license held by the collector with whom an owner or occupant contracts. It shall be prohibited for an owner or occupant to dispose of garbage and refuse in the same container if pickup is made by a collector holding a Class B collection license. Only those collectors holding a Class A collection license shall pick up unsegregated garbage and refuse.
