§ 50.047 COSTS OF INSTALLATION OF BUILDING SEWER; INDEMNIFICATION.
   All costs incidental to the installation of the building sewer shall be paid by the applicant. The applicant shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
